>> Google Calendar
I used to be slightly sceptical about the idea of using an online calendar or diary, but I've become an evangelical convert thanks to Google Calendar. This has made family life so much easier for us at Website of the Day Towers. It works primarily as an online diary or schedule organiser.
When you sign up you can choose whether to keep you calendar completely private, share it only with (invited) family and friends, or publish it on the web for anyone to see.
If I put something in the diary here at work, Mrs Website of the Day can immediately see it at home, and we can colour-code events or appointments so we can see at a glance whether they apply to all of us, or just ourselves or the kids.
You can use normal language to enter an appointment ("Meet Phil at the Pub, 7pm tomorrow"), automatically show or hide UK bank holidays and display your calendar in a week, month, daily or custom views.
The interface for Google Calendar is available in 17 different languages and you can enter appointments in almost any language. Oh and since this is a Google product, searching your calendar for a particular appointment is a piece of cake!
