There’s a dedicated page for each fixture showing you whether any lifts are currently offered. You can contact any drivers offering lifts via the site, or post a message requesting a lift to a particular fixture.
I heard today the mention of wewillfollow - this is a smaller version of the very popular www.footballcarshare.com that has been successfully matching fans for a good couple of years. Some clubs have over 500 members registered.
Its run by www.liftshare.com who have over 100,000 members and who only provide matches for one off journeys but also daily journeys - 70,000 commuters have their journey posted!
