He also provides a particularly useful section on how to retie laces which constantly undo - Apparentky, the key lies in reversing either your starting knot or your finishing bow.

I have tied my shoelaces in an habitual way - with a double knot to stop them coming undone.
Miles' tip from ian's shoelace site, has been tried and tested and now, at the age of 65 I can tie my shoelaced correctly.
